1. Information We Collect

We may collect personal information such as your name, address, phone number, email address, and payment details when you knowingly provide it and such other information as may be required in connection with the services in accordance with the Policy, for example when you:

Where you provide payment details to place an order, these are transmitted directly to our third-party payment gateway provider for processing; we do not receive, view or store your full card or bank account details (see Section 3 below).

We retain the personal information listed above only for as long as is reasonably necessary to fulfil the purpose(s) for which it was collected, or as required to comply with any applicable law, after which it will be securely deleted or anonymised.

Notwithstanding the above, to the extent we are required by applicable law to retain certain personal information (including system or processing logs in compliance with applicable law) and where you exercise your right to erasure, we will delete or anonymise your personal information to the fullest extent possible, subject only to these statutory retention obligations.

2. How We Use and Share Information

We use your personal information for the following specific purposes:

• Processing and fulfilling your orders;

We do not store your credit card details.

Where an order is placed through a third-party food delivery or a listing platform, that platform's own privacy policy governs the data it collects directly from you. To the extent we independently receive and process your personal information from such platforms, we do so in accordance with applicable law, and this Policy applies to such processing.

We will not use personal information received from third-party platforms for our own independent marketing purposes without obtaining fresh consent from you.

Where we send you transactional communications through any messaging channels, such communications are strictly for the purpose of fulfilling your order or verifying your identity and do not constitute marketing communications.

Some of these third parties may process your personal information outside India. Where this occurs, we take reasonable steps to ensure your information continues to receive a level of protection consistent with this Policy and applicable law.

Loyalty Programme: Where you register as a loyalty member, we process your personal information (including your order history, visit frequency, and stated preferences) to administer the programme, apply rewards, and where you have consented, send you personalised offers.

3. Your Rights, Accuracy & Security

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us.

You may also withdraw any consent you have previously given us, at any time and as easily as you gave it, by contacting our Grievance Officer (see Section 7 below). This will not affect the lawfulness of anything we did with your information before you withdrew consent.

You may further nominate another individual to exercise these rights on your behalf in the event of your death or incapacity, by writing to our Grievance Officer.

You may also have the right to lodge complaints with our Grievance Officer and/or the Data Protection Board of India in accordance with applicable law.

We maintain reasonable security practices and procedures including managerial, technical, operational and physical safeguards commensurate with the sensitivity of the information involved, designed to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, use, alteration or disclosure.

We will not collect, use, or disclose sensitive personal data or information without your explicit consent, and we will use your personal information only for the purposes stated in this Policy.

We use cookies to recognise you during future visits and improve your browsing experience. You may disable cookies through your browser settings, although some website features may no longer function correctly.
